HOA Payments
How to Make a Payment?
The assessments are due on the 1st of the month and you have until the 15th to make a payment. On the 16th of the month, a collection cost will be applied to the owner's account if a payment isn't made.
Homeowners has the following options to make a payment for their assessments:
- Mail your payment to the address on the statement sent to you via mail or email.
- Sign up for ACH (automatic payments) through the management company. Call APS for further assistance.
- Sign up for automatic payments through the association's bank (Western Alliance Bank) website using the link at the top of the website.
- Make a one-time payment through the association's bank (Western Alliance Bank) website using the link at the top of the website.
- Drop off a check or money order at the onsite office on the 1st floor of 300 W Beech Street, San Diego, CA 92101 during business hours.
