La Vita Homeowners Association offers an amenity room on the ground level of the tower (300 W Beech Street) for all residents to utilize. The use of the amenity room is on a reservation basis and residents can contact Management to reserve the room.
If the amenity room is not reserved by another resident, you can utilize it to work remotely, watch tv, have lunch, have a game day/night, or read a book from the community library. Nonetheless, it is encouraged for you to reserve the room to prevent mishaps with the use of the room or from other residents hosting their own event.
Monday - Sunday: 5:30 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.

Reservations must be received at least (7) days prior to the event. Reservations are on a first come first served basis. The HOA will not 'hold' a dat. The date will be booked upon receipt and approval of a completed application. We ask that residents use the form below to reserve the amenity room.
If you reserve the amenity room through Management, the follow items are included for use during your event:
- Tables
- Chairs
- Microwave
Mini Refrigerator
- Kitchen Sink
- Television With Connected Wireless Internet
The use of the pool, spa, and fitness center is prohibited while the amenity room is being reserved by you and your guests. In order to allow the other residents to use of the association amenities, you'll be limited to what's available while hosting an event in the amenity room. This includes guests attending your event who may be community residents.
