
The association has a contract with Carson Living to provide a method of access into the parking garage and building lobbies. This app is also used to distribute important information and notices to the homeowners and current residents of the building.
In order to have an account created, you will need to contact Management and confirm you are a homeowner or current resident in the building. If you are renting at La Vita HOA, you will need to provide a copy of your lease agreement or have written authorization from the homeowner to be granted access to Carson Living.
Yes. In the app, press Visitors and click the 'add/+' button on your screen. You will then need to fill out your visitors information and the timeframe you are providing your visitor to access the app while at La Vita.
Once you are registered on Carson Living, you will have access to the Live Feed that is overlooking the vehicle gate, the tower lobby, and the mid-rise lobby. If the call goes through the Carson Living app, you will be able to see the Live Feed and have the option to speak with your visitor and unlock the door. The two-way intercom is only available for the lobbies, not the vehicle gate.
If you have your phone number registered on your Carson Living account, but the app is not logged in or disabled, Carson Living will call your cellphone number registered with your account. You can unlock the lobby doors after confirming who is at the door by pressing '55*' on your cellphone.
At this time, the association does not have the capability to link the elevator lobby doors to Carson Living. You may only unlock the vehicle gate, the mid-rise lobby door, and the tower lobby door.

You can contact the General Manager through Carson Living by clicking Messages on the app. All messages are sent as an app notification and via email to jzamora@apsmanagement.com. However, you are always more than welcome to email Management or visit the onsite-office during business hours.
